Contra-4 has in-house manufacturing facilities for manufacturing raw materials like PVC Compound and copper wires. This not only avoids the profit margin of a third person but also ensures that Contra-4 Cables are manufacturing from the highest quality of raw material with strict quality standards.
For Insulation, we use PVC manufactured and developed in-house keeping in mind the Indian conditions to match High Thermal Stability and ability to withstand with very High temperature. We use primary plasticizer to makes sure that cable to not lose its physical properties even when subjected to high temperatures.
Contra-4 uses only FR grade LEAD FREE virgin PVC made from best chemicals and primary Plasticizers FR grade LEAD FREE PVC is specially formulated with ingredients, which help improving fire resistance and thermal stability.
